Small or light items and orders under £150 Inc VAT there will be a £10 delivery charge.
Any orders under £500 Inc VAT there will be a delivery charge of £20.
Flooring over £500 Inc VAT can be delivered free of charge (to Greater London, Kent, Essex, West Sussex and Hampshire only).
All samples are free of charge.
How your items will be delivered
Small, lightweight items will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Heavy items will be sent by a parcel carrier – depending upon which delivery service you select in your basket.
Flooring orders up to approximately 5 packs may be sent via a parcel carrier.
Larger flooring orders are generally delivered on pallets and are a kerbside delivery but some may require to be handballed off the side of the vehicle.
You can return goods up to 30 days from the day after delivery all goods must be in good condition and unused. Please be aware you will have to pay the return delivery charge (Long length and heavy packs are expensive to collect).
If the goods are faulty/damaged you will not be charged for the return, you have 30 days to return these.
